At roughly 7,500ft you have a birds eye view of the town of Dubois and Ramshorn Peak. The lot pads are already in place. Many lots are large enough for a garage or shop. The fill was hauled in; not dug out to keep much of the natural landscape in place. Very private!

Soon on the market, 9 private lots with fantastic views and water and power to the road. The lots are only 20 miles from Togwotee pass. Just 80 miles to Jackson Hole or Yellowstone.
You will experience a different sunrise and sunset every day from these beautiful lots above Dubois.
